Micronutrient dense smoothie

Warning: Drinking this smoothie every morning can make you feel superhuman.

This smoothie is designed to cover a vast majority of your micronutrient requirements and give you a decent amount of (good) fats and protein to start  your day. I have developed this smoothie from studying people like Rhonda Patrick, Tim Ferriss and Ben Greenfield. I use all organic ingredients. This recipe is based on VARIATION. I try to use seasonal ingredients, improvise and exchange the sources of fats and protein, and vary the base liquid. If theres an ingredient in the recipe that doesnt agree with you simply exchange it for what works or get rid of it all together. This is a template for greatness not a rule book. 

Prep time: ~10 mins

Base: Water, coconut milk, almond milk, hemp milk, coffee, tea etc.

1-2 cups Frozen low glycemic index fruits -blueberries, raspberries, blackberries etc (sometimes I use mango chunks) 

2-4 LARGE handfuls Spinach, Kale or other mixed seasonal leafy greens

1 serving of Plant based Protein or Grass Fed Whey protein 

1-2 Tsp  Cinnamon

1-2 Tsp Vanilla extract

1-3 Tbsp Almond butter or Cashew butter

2-3 Tbsp Raw organic Cacao powder

1/4 cup chia seeds (sometimes blended, or I add them towards the end so they remain intact) 

1/2 or 1/4 of a lemon or lime (to preserve nutrients and provide extra Vitamin C)

1/2 avocado (optional)

1 Raw or cooked Beet (optional)

1 serving of Green Superfood Powder Athletic Greens or another brand

A couple cranks of the Himalayan Pink Salt Grinder

Dont blend the crap out of it. Make it thick and chunky cus thick smoothies need love too. Also the thicker it is the slower you'll drink/chew it, which allows the necessary enzymes to be released in your mouth and into your digestive system.
